Tyre Planning Service: winter tires

To ensure timely delivery of winter tires, Leaseplan developed the ”Tyre planning service". This proactive service ensure that every order of a new leaseplan car, the winter tires for the car are automatically reserved.

 

In consultation with the other tire partners, leaseplan selected a number of tire plant as "Tyre planning providers".

 

Before the start of the winter season, the driver will be contacted by their tyre planning partner to make an appointment.

 

Every lease plan car receives a short, but thorough inspection during the swap where we check; the lights, possible window or glass damage, oil check and/or refill, washer fluid and wipers. All these are checked and refilled or repaired if needed by our workers.

For this leasing company, we are allowed to swap winter- and summer tires, perform repairs and outlining.
